If you have a PROPERTY THREATENING EMERGENCY\/IES after hours you can call\u00a0 (301)461-9475 and you will be informed of the steps that will be taken to address such an emergency. ALWAYS notify the office prior of repairing a maintenance problem yourself, as you\u2019re required to notify your landlord under your lease agreement. Unless express consent is given clearly and directly, either through written permission or verbal consent from one of the maintenance personnel. You will not be allowed to deduct costs of repair from your rent.
